Yesterday, wore a Stetson Nutria for an afternoon downtown. Only time since childhood that I've worn a western hat, brim up, in public.

Today it's my favorite hat, my Knox 40 Westlite. Fabulously smooth felt that begs to be fondled so it's an approach/avoidance thing.

Here's my contribution for the day. I converted a 7 3/8 old Dobbs Westward to a 7 1/2 LO Eastward today. When I saw it on eBay, it looked like it was in worse shape than it actually was. Some steam probably would have been enough to take out the crinkles it had, but it still would have been too small though.
