I haven't gone out yet today, so I'm not wearing one yet.

But I wear my B!Wear newsboy nearly every day. But recently, I've really been wanting to wear my Fedora. Due to the weather, however, I've also been wearing my old London Fog trench coat everyday, which is the classic khaki coat, and I (and I hate to admit it) have been leery of wearing it, as it'll spark te stupid Sam Spade comments, or something like that, if I do. Particularly where I live, where Fedoras are uncommon.

So, it was a relief yesterday when I chose to exercise "Casual Friday" and wear my 25 year old Open Road. Ah. . . . .

D'man -- that Royal DeLuxe really is a unique lid. Very nice!

Cheers,
JtL

I like it so much that it's entering my hat buying calculations. Really nice hat.

A contrasty shot of me in my Whippet before going out with the wife last night. I'm happy with the bash I have in this now.

New Leather Gatsby....

This showed up today, so I thought I'd sport it for the day. Not a very good pic though, still feeling a bit under the weather, nasty Bronchitis :rage: .....needed to get some fresh mountain air though. :D

Wow! Great hats everyone.:eusa_clap :eusa_clap

JTL, what a great thin ribbon on that hat.
I like that Whippet Ande1964.

Bolthead, very nice cap. Would you mind showing the hat stand without a hat on it? Thanks

Nice hat. But I particularly appreciate that you're
showing how naturally a felt hat goes with modern
casual wear. Felt and fleece (though I never wear it)
and felt and microfiber go great. Same goes for Jimmy the Lid's
recent post. Not all of us can live up to Jerekson's standard.

People should wear fur felt hats!

Thanks feltfan and bolthead! Jerekson attire is impeccable, and he is to be commended for it.:eusa_clap :eusa_clap Casual suits me just fine. I do still wear a felt hat when dressed with a siut and going to a wedding or some such similar occasion.

Bolthead, did you make the hat stand? It's pretty nifty.
