Please, take the following as a compliment - You have an uncanny resmblence to Truman Capote in that shot! Probably taller, though...

And I dig the tie and braces. Great look!

Yesterday and today I wore my B!Wear tan linen cap.

Wore it to a casino. It was light on my head, did not have to worry about sun, and I look better in caps than anything, even my beloved fedoras.

Less people staring at me in Iowa. Not that I care....

I was thinking the same thing except your eyes match your tie and braces perfectly;)

Very cheap straw from Jos. A. Bank that my mother picked up for me today.....Think she wound up paying $8.00 for it, was originally $49, although I couldn't ever see paying that much for it. Here it is, so far, my only "summer lid".

That looks like what they call "sea grass." It's really a very versatile fiber, and it looks good! I've had one for years. I started to throw it out the other day, but decided to wear it one more time. It's one of the few hats that look good when I'm wearing shorts and a tee shirt. I decided to keep it.

I'm wearing a $30.00 Broner I bought last year. That open weave looks like it would be perfect for the 90 degree heat we are going to have here the next couple of days. I'm sweating when it gets above 75. may need to take a ride to my local Jos A. Looks like a super buy.
