Thanks Mike. No, it's actually a 3x with a corded ribbon. I was going to wear the Longhorn but this one was closer to hand.

I think the Penn Craft name was still held by Stetson and they licensed it to England. The model of this hat is a "Dale 63" which could be the year based on it's profile. Interesting puzzle.
