With the bitter cold, I'm bundling up. Except my hat. Wearing a gray Portis New Slant c.1955 today. Maybe a little light for the weather, but I needed a gray hat for my overcoat. I need more gray hats. I need more hats. I need an intervention...

Like thinking you spent all your money, then waking up the next day to find it in a different pocket? Not that I would know anything about that.

It appears winter has arrived in Funkytown. Wind, snow, temps in the 30s; supposed to be in the low 20s when I leave work. Ugh. But fur felt weather, right?

Got home last night to find this on my doorstep. Mid 50s ( I guess) Knox Superfine. Yet to see this brown beauty in good light. It appears from looking a it last night it may have some heathering to it. Even so, it's weathering the storm OK.

Overwelt with triple stitching.
