Hey everyone!
Posting late today.
Met some nicely dressed folks today, didn't talk much but had no objectio to e taking a selfie with them. Wering my Knox Tom 'n' Jerry.

Part of a mural painted on the side of the old building by the train depot here in my town, where my Mom and brother have businesses. I knew the guy who painted it, he was a friend of a former employer. Great artist, but ended up drinking himself to death before his 45th birthday.

I was going to try to get the whole thing, but there were cars parked in the way, a fogbank rolling in, and besides, it's just huge. Interesting note...all the period looking people were out of the artist's head, the more modern and more realistic people were passers-by that asked to be painted into the scene. Also, the artist liked to paint hidden butts into his paintings. There are at least three in this whole mural.

Thank you. I made the entire hat. It's a grey beaver and the ribbon is silk taffeta.
Bows on ladies hats are always on the right side, men's go on the left

Late '40s Resistol Twenty Homburg. Not really my style but its a sweet hat. Felt is incredible. This may be the oldest Resistol I have seen. However, I may be parting with it soon since I hate the way it looks on me.
