Wow, great hats today. Late for me due to busy work day and hard time using the new photobucket. Kudos to Steve's Huckel and Mbarnes Stetson.
Blue Ambassador today.

I've been traveling this week - not much chance to check in. Today been visiting our parent company in Ft Worth. I brought my Stetson 25 along

Called at Peter's Bros

Yes indeed, Rusty - I'd have loved the chance to talk hats with Mr Peters.

The lady in the store told us that Joe's son and grandson plan to continue running the business, so hopefully Peter's Bros will be around for many years to come.

The people there were very nice, we arrived about one minute before closing time, but they stayed late to help Kate get her very first felt hat. Excellent service!

Looks like fun DJH
Great ambassador (and sweater) Hatophile
Mayserwegener you always seem to present some exquisite hats. That Huckel is no exception.
Mike - awesome hat, awesome coat, awesome shades
Richard the Lembert looks perfect for the occasion
SBG - a true thing of beauty. The VS and Pendleton coat have my admiration.
The beret and pointerbrand are a good pairing CH
Alan still rocking the cap I see:thumbup:beautiful glimpse of what lies beyond and how you try to find out
Great white, nothing wrong with that (or any) work hat. Congrats on the impending retirement
Great color combination on that vintage Stetson Mr. Barnes. It'd be a shame to disturb that.
You look sharp in the cap O.G. Glad to see you wearing it
JOB - very very nice Borsalino. The light colored thin ribbons really suit you

Steve - beautiful Huckle - I love that ribbon.

Perry - looks good.

David - your stetson looks great, and your friend wears a western beautifully.

Dale - that Dobbs always looks fun.

Thanks Steve and although I'm happy to own a nice green hat now, I still have green envy for your Chevreau. Stunning.

Perry, late but great and I'll take your word your Ambassador is blue.

David, looks like fun in Texas, glad it's not all work.

Thanks Dale, you look like you just grabbed all the candy in the jar. Think that smirk is cause you have the Chinese and we don't. I have a serious case of the late night munchies now.

Thanks Richard, think we share a similar climate and you always look dapper rain or shine.

The bar continues to be raised on the quality of the hats, locales, and photos. Not sure how I'll keep up living in Cleveland. Not the best scenery here, unfortunately.

Wearing an early '50s Royal Stetson with some other period clothing.

Only the Allen Edmonds are new. The remainder are all from the '50s or there abouts.

Man, this black Stetson was hard to get a good picture of on this overcast day. It is similar to many Akubras, like the Cattleman. I added a horsehair band. It is much more a "sporting" hat than a city hat.
