Gtdean, I like that natural Art lite-- I'm guessing it isn't a color-accurate photo? I'd love to see that natural lite felt if you happen to have any other pics, if you get around to it. Is it dyed or undyed natural?
...
Undyed Natural beaver from Winchester factory...it is not as gray as that photo shows. Don't have a good one in natural light.
Closer to actual color is post in Art HoF thread = http://www.thefedoralounge.com/show...Hall-of-Fame&p=1655442&viewfull=1#post1655442

Tom - the ArtLite is one of your best hats.

T-J - I like how you have the brim on the City Sport cap.

David, wonderful hat and pug, I love it!

Cheers, Manfred. I've had this hat a while and changed the pug a few times. One of the cool things with pugs is being able to give the hat a new look really easily.

Hatto - very nice Borsalino

Robert - cool Dobbs Milan. Great flange to the generous brim

Sam - always a treat to see the CRM. Come to think of it, I like all the CRM hats I've seen here. Tim does good work.

Andy - good to see you enjoying the BGCD

Oooo, nice, David! What kind of straw/weave is that?

Thanks, Jeff. Good question - the sweatband imprint claims Genuine Panama, but the straw is rather stiff and the weave is rather like a Milan style.

Mike - cool Pandora, you're looking real tropical today!

And since it is Fawcett Friday, I switched to my VS Semi-Calado. I'd rate this is the masterpiece of the hats Art has made for me.

Thanks Rogera, I enjoyed yours too. I love Ft Worth, but haven't been there in many years. Btw, I see you're from West TX...I was born in Andrews, north of Midland. :)

Thank you for the photos, gents! The view into the hat shop is too cool!

My pleasure! I couldn't wait to post the Peters Bros pics. They have been in business since 1911 and at the location where the photos were taken since the mid thirties and they are very busy to this day.

They make cowboy hats and fedoras and are a full service shop doing refurbishing too.
