Alan, that is too much hat for me, but you seem to handle it with aplomb.

Eric, I wish it was 62 here, but 92 is an easy day for us. And in truth, 92 isn't too bad here. I have worn lite weight fur felt in the high 80s and low 90s without discomfort!

Playboy today.

Went for a hike to the top of the mountain this morning. Beautiful time of the year in New Mexico. Shot the wife took with her cell phone of me in my old Stetson Playboy. Have a great weekend. :)

wearing my favorite wool cap, i bought it at a small hat shop in town, i added the rope. Yes i did let my face free of my beard, due to a most needed haircut.

Cheers - back from shopping. I see no need to shop again this weekend. Headed out to the business for the afternoon and evening. The 62'F temp is exactly what Fall is about.

that is a sharp looking lid, very simple but still classic.

After seeing all the great hats watching “The Public Enemy” last night, and having such good luck with the black Federation, I decided to further trim the brim on my brown Federation and reblock it. It now measures 2 3/16” almost perfectly all around instead of varying by 1/16” above and below 2 1/4”. This one’s breaking in nicely.

Hope everyone's having a nice weekend.

I'm stuck at my desk for much of today (cold and damp anyway) sorting and processing 2,500 images from yesterday's wedding.

Did get out for a while though - Stetson Whippet, this one previously a member of tonyb's pack.

Seriously, nice haul Tim and nice Pilgrim. Looks like it matches the schrooms. Suddenly I'm craving schrooms.
+1 Do you dehydrate any of those beauties, Tim?

Still waiting for 'shroom season here, which is a few weeks after the first solid rain. Sunny days continue . . .

Dave, that sure is a sleek whippet. 2500 shots of ONE wedding? You must have a sore shutter-finger. :)

That massive beret is the perfect intro to Tim's mushrooms. Looks good on you, Case!

Thanks, Randall.

Yes, 2,500 images is about average for us for a full day wedding job.

By the time I've edited out duplicates and all the crappy ones, the clients will get a set of about 1,200 good quality image files. No prints or albums this week so simple workflow for me, just files and slideshows.

Just completed some Fall yard and beach chores. Going down to the screened porch above the boat house to sit and have lunch. Weird highs of 78'F weather we have had this weekend.
