St.Croix Valley Dog Show this morning. Leaving before 7:00am to get to the show site in time to groom the dogs, exercise them and be ready for 8:30am show times. The weather is the in-between 65-70'F overcast, with higher humidity. Any wind it feels cool, wind stops it feels wet. Pendleton Board Shirt, shorts, and the VS Art-lite Silvermist fedora are working GREAT!

I have a smile as I am with my wife. Isn't she a cutie! Even when she was protesting saying, "do not take my pic as I have not dressed or put on make-up yet." I haven't dressed up or put on make-up, what is the problem?

Evidently my "big body" blocked your view of dogs in the ring. Here is another shot showing that dogs actually were in the ring.:eusa_doh:

Terisa (my wife) and I watching the beginning of the Port.Water Dog Specialty. Our dogs will head in shortly with a handler.

Wow, Che! Beautiful shots again, of a beautiful hat and family.

Eric, absolute executive professionalism on that VS silver belly. Great color-- it appears warmer/yellower than other VS S. bellies people have posted. Could that be because of the trim?

B-guy; I am of the opinion that my camera must just prefer the warmer-side. I have been going back and forth between my wifes HP laptop and our other Mac's and it appears that all show my pics as warmer. I will visit our local camera store and query them as to "what-z up." Thanks for the comments sir. I value your comments as I believe your eye is experienced and artistic.

Che;
MAN YOU DA BOMB! Your pics always leave me appreciating the gestault of the pic. The scenery, the composition, the attire, and of course your "attitude." You are a fedora hero sir! The family looks sharp and appears to be enjoying the "senior's" attentions.

Best, Eric -

Eric, super pics at the dog show. Yes, Terisa's a cutie; you look great together! I knew if I hung in there long enough I'd see a smile upon your face. :)

Jeff, that Dobbs looks pretty sharp from where I sit.

Che, add another thumbs-up from me. I must find some pants like yours.

Always great to see how much you enjoy hanging with the grandchildren, Che. Nice photos and great hat!

Love the "Bond" hats, J1 and Jeff.

Great to see Mrs. SBG, Eric - hope you have a great day and the show and your doggies come home with all the trophies.

Great to see Mrs. SBG, Eric - hope you have a great day and the show and your doggies come home with all the trophies.

David; Thanks sir. Trophy's won, but I was hoping for money! ;) :D BTW: I showed my wife the pics of your wife's new VS hat and as a result we will be standing in line with Art for a women's hat before the Winter Holidays! My wife thought that your wifes hat was "styling." I believe that is a good thing.

Randall and Manfred; Thanks guys. I do love my wife. I am certain she will appreciate the positive comments!" :) Dog shows for a semi-retired DVM (vet) are da-rigor.

Best, Eric -

Che, definitely impressive photos. Your whole outfit really works well together.

SBG, nice to see your wife. Hat photos are nice but it's cool to get to know the families of the people here on the forum as well.

Bowlerman, To my eye that Dobbs doesn't look stingy at all on you. Maybe it's the angle of the shot.

Alex; Nice hat for relaxing on the porch. Congrats on the new Joicy Hat sir.

Manfred; You cut a manly figure sir! Randall and I would be both stepping aside when you stridently walk the boardwalk.

Rasberries are rippening! Cheers!

Wearing my green Stetson Stratoliner. The pic does not show the vibrant green. It is really green - truly! Green documented here; http://www.thefedoralounge.com/showthread.php?8329-The-Stratoliner-Society-VINTAGE/page85 .

I have about 5 cups of berries. That is enough to start a small pie for desert this evening. Raw sugar, berries, corn starch, butter, and un-bleached flour pie crust will make a treat for my wife and guests. I will have time to bake and then refrigerate. When you warm the refrigerated pie up to room temp, it cuts into neat slices just like the fancy-dancy resturaunts. Later I will have to whip some heavy creme up. What is raseberry pie without creme? I suppose whilst it bakes I should cut the lawn - duh!

Wishing good deserts for all, Eric -

Thank you very much, Eric, and I gotta say that Stratoliner looks awesome! I had deleted my previous post because my Photobucket is acting up and the pic was way too big. I will repost here.

Experimented with the Syndey's Toggery hat again. I don't wear this one as much because I don't like light colors, but it's served well as creasing practice. This particular shape has inspired an idea for a custom, so I think I will be keeping it like this for a while.

Relaxing on my back porch.

St. Valentine, loving that pattern on your cap. Looks sharp!
