Joao: Impressive Resistol, but beads of sweat are running down my face just looking at your photo! Looks plenty warm already in Portugal.

Temperature is rising. Rising too fast I say. They say 31ºC max at day and 16ºC at night. They said last week it would rain... well I don't see a cloud in the sky.
I can feel the hot sun on my back even with a white t-shirt.

I like that hat! Particularly the slight roll at the edge of the brim. A good example of a man wearing a western hat, and not the other way around ( which I have plenty opportunities to see...).

And it calls for my L.L. Bean Moose River hat by Stetson (in khaki green) - I recently replaced the leather hatband with a dark olive ribbon. Sorry for the poor camera-phone picture due to indoor lighting.

Al,that Royal Hat works has such a minty tone in certain angles. I see you where busy while you where away.

Good eye, Ed. Indeed, the color is quite mercurial, and does exhibit a faint wisp of mint under strong incandescent light. I was away BECAUSE I was busy, and have loads of pictures I simply have not had time to post.
