Even though it's too cold and windy for a light hat, I had to wear my Air-Light Playboy for the first time today. If not for the slight warmth reflected by the sweat, I'd forgot it's up there. Even my panama must weigh at least three times as much.

Great looking... there is a special pleasure to a very lightweight hat, when the winds are light too. I'm looking forward to getting the lightweights out as the weather warms up.

A pic of me, my Akubra Lawson, and my girls, when I took them to Orlando on my recent R&R. This was at Epcot. I'm loving this hat.

Thanks so much! I do love my girls. Here's a closeup to show the hat better. My eye keeps getting drawn straight to my Breitling, though!!! :)

Long time no see... hope you are all well. I'm back from my trip and spent some time today photographing my two new Knox 40s:

and enjoying my Stetson 7X, which is back from Optimo with a new sweatband... finally I can wear this beauty.

It's been ages since I've posted on the Fedora Lounge. By chance I happened to come across this vintage homburg. I was taking a drive in the country side just north of Toronto, stopped at an antique market inside an old brick factory, and there it was, made to fit at 7 3/8 and with a price tag of $30. Perfect condition.
