Well, those are great hats to wear on a hot and humid day, Michael, and you look great!
Thanks Doug. Your Wolf River looks like an excellent barbecue hat.

The color of this OR just glows. It has sky blue tones in this light. Just beautiful.
Thanks Red. Not sure where that blue showed up from, but my eyes are so iffy that i never know which is right, them or the camera. Ha ha

Thanks all,
Michael

Good morning. It will be a hot and humid day in my neighborhood. I have been trying to get my "To Do List" knocked off early. I chose to wear a Cordova Cap for shopping errands this morning.

A vtg.Stetson Panama is my choice for starting the grill and prepping food for guests coming later today to watch and cheer for the US at the Pan American games (some recorded and hopefully some live). Go USA! Cheers folks.

Have a great Sunday,
Michael
Interesting shape to this velour Michael. I like that brim combined with a corded treatment. Way cool hat.

Here's my latest project all finished. This is an early '60s Royal Stetson Open Road that I took apart and reblocked and sized up from a 7 1/8 LO to a 7 1/4. I was able to save most of the original stuff like the ribbon and bow, the liner, the wind trolley, the sweat bow, and I even put the original 7 1/8 LO size tag back in the hat too. Of course, I had to change out the original sweat in the size up. I'll have more in the Conversion Corral later...

Put back together and completed with the original stuff back on the hat...
