Splendid hat, Bob.View attachment 126259
VS Artlite this morning before it gets too warm.
Nice shape on that hat, Michael.A bit more muggy this morning, but cool still. Back into the 90s today though, so it's this unlabeled palm straw that gets the nod.

It's feeling like a lazy, hazy week here.

Beautiful, Red.Felt like felt today. The Bone Lord's Hat gets some head time. Tossed a straw in the backseat for later.

Excellent, Terry.Me and Buffy taking it easy in the shade after a hard day of yard work. My go to Stagecoach conversion and an old pair of Redwings that I dusted off....
Great job on that one. I wonder if the colors had names back then?
Good job, Jim, but that's already work isn't it?Finished this one up yesterday afternoon. Late 50s, early 60s Royal Stetson, in what I believe to be an early version of Caribou. ~5 1/4" crown, 2 1/4" bound brim. It's been cleaned and blocked; I replaced the sweatband and put on a new ribbon yesterday so I could wear it to work today.
Looks like I have fix the ribbon in the front
Modern Caribou Strat on the left, this hat on the right.

Thanks StefanWonderful straw, Perry.
Can't argue with that!Sitting in a comfy chair with my dog, listening to baseball while I fit sweats and see on ribbons? We should all have such work!

Today’s Borsalino is another Marque Grande Luxe 5x Ecosti in Lino. A wider
2 5/8” brim, 1 1/2” ribbon than yesterday’s. A color, proportion and velvety felt that makes it one of my most favorite hats, bar none. This is one of those hats that make you wish you had more.
Be well. Bowen
Ps: recent kind comments have been greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Stefan. Esther said the fabric was difficult to work with. The end result was worth her trouble [emoji41]Gorgeous hats, Sergej. I love the pug on yours.
Two great hats, Stefan. It was actually cool enough for felt today, wasn't it?
