It's a rainy day in Orlando today, so I opted for my Adventure Supply/Keppler Indy lid for it's beaver content.

before: excuse the weird expression, it was taken before I could adjust myself... and no, I'm not that pale, I desaturated the image some.

after: nice and wet from walking in the rain. the white spots are water drops reflecting in the flash.

While out running errands, I stopped by the new Chick-Fil-A around the corner for lunch and got a compliment from a rather nice looking girl who worked there.

Stetson Sovreign Temple in Caribou Grey (circa 1997) the first hat I bought for myself after watching Mulholland Falls. I took a ride to the World Hats Mart on Colorado Blvd in Pasadena CA.

It's held up pretty good and the felt is really soft, BUT. Matt Deckard wants to take a picture of it because there is a dye issue along tbe back just where the underside of the brim meets the sweat band. THe hat has not been in the rain so it's a question of sweat removing the dye and having an area with a pinkish hue about 1/4" wide and 2-3" long.

OK, I'm running a little behind with this one. I actually took this photo before heading off for Thanksgiving dinner.
Please excuse the zombie-like expression. I was not feeling my best that day.
(Yes, I fixed the tie before being seen in public.)

As for me, I decided it would be better not to refuse Don Rusty offer, and wear a thin ribbon - and not a bad one at that, a Stetson Stratoliner:

You know, I realized it was better to express the Godfather some respect- I did not want to find one of these on my bed...

Everyone dapper as usual :eusa_clap

Cold and clear here so I'm in "the new to me" Golden Pheasant:

Believe it or not this hat is actually dark roast coffee coloured but almost looks really dark blue under most lighting conditions [huh]
Good day to all :)
