A light grey Lee Blue Label Adventure today, topping a mainly grey ensemble - in order not to unbalance it, the tie is mostly on the discreet side, dark red thin tripes on a midnight blue field. I doubted between this and a more contrasting, more vivid, red one, but today I felt like on the subdued side.

A co-worker remarked I looked like I was going to star in "The Godfather IV" :p .

Deputy, that one's a real winner. Great felt/ribbon color combo. Love it! :eusa_clap :eusa_clap :eusa_clap

Thanks Chief. When the weather gets better, I'll get an outdoor light shot. The flash does seem to wash the rich brown out a little but does pull the green out of the ribbon nicely! [huh]

That one looks great Tom!!!
That is the perfect brim width, I am a big fan of the 2 5/8s now!!!
Thanks Rusty. My Stratoliner has the same width but seems to cup more & feels slightly narrower. With the ruler pressed against them, they measure the same but the Pilgrim is flatter & wears wider.... [huh]

You need to bring it to Rocky at Buckaroo Hatters, he can put the perfect cup to the back of a brim.
He re-did my Stratoliner and made all the difference in how it looks and feels.
