That is stupendous Brent. That brim binding really stands out. Is that ribbon kind of a rose color? Nice combo.Gannon in natural beaver and slate ribbon

It sort of is, but it's not my first hat. That was a Mayser I already got rid of (I'm not sentimental that way).Legacy hat, you always remember your first love. Of course, my first hat was a Bailey woolie, kind of a love I want to forget.
Beautiful looking hat, Justin. That is a new addition isn't it? I think I saw the auction for that one.1950s Borsalino "Pesca"
That colour combination is just fabulous, Matt. The felt of this Stetson Royal DeLuxe is some of the heaviest that I own. I suspect that I'm not going to have many more chances to wear it before fall.
Yea Monday!!!
Thanks MikeIt absolutely glows Harv. Cool vents.
Pity about the sweat, but that brim has attitude, Michael. Cool look.Wormser Ten Star this morning

I thought it was a little small when I put it on this morning and I see, sadly, the sweat has done a bit of shrinking and cracking. Dang.

Have a tolerable Monday,
Michael
Always nice to see the Gorasgu in action again, Mike.A clear and very cold morning, 34 degrees. At least it is not snowing. Last chance for the Borsalino Gorasgu Misto Grigio "Angora" for the season I suspect. O.P.S price tag, sold in Chicago c.1951.

Forgot all about that one. Shame on me. It deserves to be worn, so good call, John.Hey everyone!
It's Mayser Monday with this well-traveled Homburg that I got in trade with Stefan.
Have a great day!

Don't know much about westerns, but this one I certainly like the look of. Cool hat, Joao.My newest arrival, this Resistol 3x Beaver in Navy
Superb, Justin.Great hats all, today!!!
This furry 1920s Stetson Clear Nutria "Extra Lightweight" velour is my choice for today
If a hat calls out, you have to comply, Michael. The Marathon has it beaten with ease though.Multi hat day here. Had to run to the grocery for some dinner ingredients and decided to wear the blue Marathon as the Wormser is having a sweatband spa session.

And then while I was out I figured since I was in the vicinity I would stop at my favorite thrift. They had this

A stingy and somewhat moth eaten Panizza Sportsman. What could I do, it matched my Loden coat. Ha ha.

Not exactly sure why they have that pointing dog out duck hunting, but maybe they do it differently in Italy.
Have a fine day,
Michael
Welcome to the lounge. Your first hat doesn't have to be your last (in fact now you're here it's almost guaranteed that it's not)Hello all. My first post here. My first hat. If I had gone to this forum first I may have held off for a vintage fur felt hat however I didn't and ended up with a wool felt pork pie. I will learn to learn more about old vintage hats from a time when decorum still existed.
