It's a 50's Army issue. Great looks and function. Even has the button-in liner.

Hope everyone's week is starting well,
Michael
Excellent Terry. Love the Old West.Lotta nice looking lids today. Everyone looks great. I'm going Western today on this warm and rainy Monday afternoon in the Central part of Buckeye country. This is a Resistol Stagecoach that I reworked. This one's sporting a Montana Pinch with a Mule Kick in the back...
Some Western music for the cowboys at heart...
Happy birthday, Mike! May your hats be double (or triple) the number of years. Looks good (both the hat and the meal).Nothing better than Bacon and a Battersby. As a pre-birthday treat my wife fed me candied bacon and artisan bread french toast. The nearest hat was the Homburg so this is kind of a still life. I put this hat on after breakfast. Tonight, a fine Italian meal, sounds like a Borsalino is in order.

Dang, no matter how hard I try, there's always a better hat! Highest grade is well chosen, Alan.Out in a bit of a thaw...
Richard, thanks. Wish I had more days like this!Wow 4 excellent hats in one day. The Westlite and the Sovereign are truly outstanding
Thank you. I'm sure going to enjoy wearing them.Wow! great collection of classic North American hats. Lot's of fun!
Nice velour, Dlaniger, but that liner is outstanding!Happy Sunday all. Running errands before the Eagles game.Biltmore Golden Pheasant Velour

That Borsalino should bring the chef to your table to ask if there'will be anything else he can do. There's another Borsalino in the works for you, Mike. Follow this channel!Going out tonight to a fine Italian restaurant, sooooo...Borsalino. I think this Angora has become one of my favorite hats. The brim gets kind of wonky, but this hat really just does what it wants to. It eats steam and just goes back to a tight pinch and fluffy brim curl. Kind of like it's independence.
New Mercedes Benz pin for the trip as well. This rare 1960s European pin is going to be a part of this hat's personality from now on!

Looks like it has found the right home!My wife said I could do anything on my birthday. So what better enjoyment than talking hats with Mike Miller at NW Hats. Taking the trip south to Eugene to have some stretching done on my new Holland connection hats. Today I wear my new British stingy, an English License Penn-Craft (an American brand from before WWII) in a lovely shorthair finish. I like this hat, keeping the center dent crease, it just seems more European.

Fantastic hat, Anthony. Not only raising the bar with the quality of the hats, but now with the video postings too!
