Interesting picture.
Love that crease,Jim.Well, happy birthday to Mike! (@Redfokker). You make 39 look good.
So I enter Day One of the government shutdown, which doesn't effect me (yet). So you can rest assured that at least one person is laboring away to complete forms and briefings which keep our country safe from the scores of eeebil Eastasians - er - Eurasians.
Whatever.
So I asked my self this morning, I said, "Self, what hat could you wear to mark ol' Mike's latest trip around the sun?"
I settled on the Frunoliner, because it seems to make him happy when I wear it.

Hey all!
Wet and windy day. I don't really want to go out in this lousy weather, but I promised I'd go to Mom's and take her dog for a walk so out I go. This mid 80's fuzzy Borsalino that I bought NOS from Daniele fits under an umbrella and looks good with Army green. And is warm.
Have a great day!

My wife said I could do anything on my birthday. So what better enjoyment than talking hats with Mike Miller at NW Hats.
Beautiful finish, almost like a velvety black cat.[emoji75]My wife said I could do anything on my birthday. So what better enjoyment than talking hats with Mike Miller at NW Hats. Taking the trip south to Eugene to have some stretching done on my new Holland connection hats. Today I wear my new British stingy, an English License Penn-Craft (an American brand from before WWII) in a lovely shorthair finish. I like this hat, keeping the center dent crease, it just seems more European.
