Good to see you buddy! I was thinking about you the other day, figuring you were buried with work accounting for your absence from the family. Thanks, this Borsalino is my current favorite Homburg.
Hey Mike! :) Thank you for the warm welcome back! I haven't forgotten about you and Doug either, as my planned trip to Portland area is still trying to be finalized before my wife has our second child.

Thanks Fruno! I am glad to be back. Chatting with you fellows and looking at fantastic hats is always a great stress reliever for me. @Bob Roberts keeps telling me the same thing that I need to buy one if I see it. I thought Delmonico had one a few months ago but sadly when I called they said the website was incorrect and it was no longer in inventory. I almost bought one on ebay that would have been way too big at 7 3/4 and shimmed it but decided against it.

Keep an eye on the bay. New ones have been popping up occasionally at discounted prices. But it's sporadic. What size are you?

I love how you creased that crown! It is super wide and boxy, I love it! Your outfits always bring me joy. I really dig that topcoat
Thanks Jeremy, and good to see you back. Glad to hear the tyke is better, too. I think I'll try a few creases on this hat, before it settles down. But this one is a contender. The coat is an old offering from Lands' End. I've read that it was made by Salko of Austria and it is a lightweight 80/20 wool/alpaca loden cloth. It's about 5" longer than Salko's current offering, but is otherwise identical.

Thanks,
Michael

Thank you for the kind words about my boy Michael and the warm welcome back! I might have to check that out through Salko...

Lee White Label "Handlee." Probably 50's vintage.
