Thanks Bama, we are all well in Mexico, where I live we didn't even noticed the earthquake but some places in the south look bad, so sad that the poor side of the country got the worst part of the earthquake, also Cabo San Lucas got highly damaged by a hurricane.Thinking, the same thing, Michael. Also worried still about our Texas friends and those in Florida. I was thinking of tropicalbob, who is in Miami.

Looks bad down there .
You are [emoji817]% right Joao !!! Thank God.Rodolfo lives west of Mexico city so he is not in direct path of the quake nor on the Katia hurricane path.
Nice combination.Hoping for safety for everyone affected by these hurricanes and fires. I find myself back in the Black Hills this weekend for work. And finally, the boots happened. Only because they were on the clearance rack and seemed to fit, but I've wanted a pair for a long time.
Buckaroo hatters whisky derby with me this weekend.

Anyway we had rain for 21 days, some very strong storms, today is the first day with a nice sunshine in more than 3 weeks.
Very cool. I found a vintage image from 1939 showing the store in Portland on the corner of 6th and Washington. You can see the store name on a building down the block on the right. Thanks, Michael. It's from the Fahey-Brockman men's clothing store. What little info I could find on them is they operated stores in Portland, Seattle, Denver and Salt Lake, I think. Though they did no manufacturing, all of their items bore the company's label. You can find their suits and such on the bay and etsy occasionally but the hats are pretty rare.
