Looking great Charlie! That color really is a "light" sand, maybe Hawaii?View attachment 74285 View attachment 74286 View attachment 74287 View attachment 74288 It's thoroughly Thursday, time for another VS outing... in (discontinued) "sand," which is close to Mohave. Lotta brim on this one!!
He needs a Joao hat...Yeah, but it looks like his shoulders still got wet. Wider brim is needed.

Have a good one,

Great color coordination Matt.Suspect that after the next few days, I won't be able to wear heavier felts until the fall. Supposed to get pretty darned warm.
So I figured I take this Royal Stetson DeLuxe for a last lap.
I'm calling today Thick Felt Thursday.
Good looking, great colors. It will heat up to 70'F here in Minnesota. Enjoying the spring weather wearing a VS Wanderer (artlite silverbelly).
Best, Eric -
Very nice.My newest acquisition, courtesy of Adrian (@Miamibruno). He contacted me a couple of months ago because he knew I had this on my Bucket List, then sat on it until my employment situation improved. I got it Monday and I'm so happy to be back in "The Game."
Stetson 25. More pics in the 25 thread.

Thanks Red. I think the brim may even be a bit north of 2 3/4. Not much snap left in it, but it does shape itself to my liking. That Champ sure is a statement Michael. I didn't realize the brim was that wide! Impressive. Nice look as usual.
Thanks Wesslyn. The tie is called Bob-Tails and that's the only info on it. I think it was Dinerman's site where I found it referred to as being from the 1950s.Excellent hat and I really dig that tie!
Dang, I like that hat. I commiserate with your circumstance. The weather here is supposed to head beyond 80 starting Saturday. Should still be able to get in some felt time in the hours of the early morning, but all day wear might be taking a hit. I guess it's time to figure out where I put that box of island shirts.Suspect that after the next few days, I won't be able to wear heavier felts until the fall. Supposed to get pretty darned warm.
