Matt, Sorry for my late reply. Thank you! I don't believe I have another one with such a flat brim. I brought it out from the vault. That wide brim without the pronounced curl is absolutely crazy. I don't think that I have ever seen that before.
Great hat, Steve.
Thanks!Huckel is my favorite hat in my collection.

Well, I was in a gentlemans club once and one of the entertainers removed my hat and tried it on. She could hold up a 7 3/8 quite well w/o having to use the wind trolley.
beautiful day for this Borsalino
light as a feather ... and that felt!!!... you know the felt that feels like a strong wind might change the crease.... that dense Kleenex felt.

Y'all continue to seriously impress!
Another nice day in the Pacific NW, so a subdued silk Hawaiian shirt and the Vintage Silhouettes Silvermist/Burgundy (removable satin liner) for today.

During my recent sabbatical, I "accidentally" purchased this Maclachlan from Rick (whoops).
The much esteemed Hatted Professor provided Rick with the identification of the maker using his special professorial powers.
Decided to give it a try out this afternoon. Gosh... It's a really beautifuliciously made hat. Simply marvelous felt...
And here's the link to Rick's post on the Maclachlan thread from some time back. http://www.thefedoralounge.com/index.php?posts/2198371
