Perhaps before the lawsuit. Search out and read about Stephen L Stetson here on the lounge. There is some great historical information about this hat. Let us know what you find!
Well i must be after because on the size label located inside the sweat, reads "The Stephen L. Stetson company is in way related to the John B. Stetson company located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Its pretty cool must of been rigth after the lawsuit.

Tried out this Borsalino homburg without side dents this morning. I do like the way it looks on its own, but the hat just doesn't sit right on my head and makes my face look too long. I think my skull's got the wrong shape for it. Or maybe it just needs time getting used to...

It's -4C here, so I'm reverting back to my furry hat for the rest of the day before my ears freeze again...
Wow! Such a beautiful hat. Dents or not this is a special one!

The only way to work on a Bonsai, wearing a great hat. Its all about the lines, both on that wonderful conifer as well as the brim on that hat! Great looking tree, Juniper? Need some pots? I have some unfortunately empty ones.

Hi, always looking for a deal on Bonsai Pots specially unusual & special pots, email me ctlama@yahoo.com...this Bonsai tree is a Juniper "Procumbens" about 20" Tall x 12" Wide, unusual that there are no branches coming off the left side(of view) of the tree, the top or apex does a radical downturn however and I use that to represent a balanced view.
Here is one view after radical trimming/pruning...

Here is another view showing some wiring to bring the left side in closer to the main trunk, wired just below Apex.
Also much more in Shaping, wiring, pruning, trimming to arrive at what I want it to look like as if growing wild on a mountain top or side in Japan or China...

The final look for now, side angled view...

Bolero – The perfect hat for the perfect morning activity.

Rich – Welcome. Looking perfectly attired this morning.

Hato – Love that shirt. Great hat, too.

Jeremiah – Looking awful Indy like.

Rogera – Looks like a sturdy hat, that one.

RJR – Looks like it IS a Penman day.

Danielle – Fantastico. Spero che la melanchonia sparisce sotto il sole. Bel capello. Me piace il colore. Sembra anche blu un po.

hatsRme – Gorgeous hat (and shirt). Alas, no straws here today.

Celia – Have you tried to reshape the crown? Sometimes that works.

Dlaniger – Nice ensemble today.

Bob – Gorgeous hat. That is no standby, I tell ya.

Casehopper – Great cap. And it looks like a new jacket to boot.

Duck – Nice hat. That face though says how much you like that traffic.

Amos – Sharp!

Knotten – We can’t all wear Penmans. I like that hat. Sharp.

Balding – Man, you have nothing but gorgeous hats. Wow.

I’m in my beige heather Borsalino “Renna”.

SUPER style, Daniele!! Another great look. Sorry about the poor sleep. You should have called me to chat, as I was awake most of the night too. Late night hat talk!!

Charlie will take seriously your suggestion ..... we have only one problem: my night is your evening and your night is my morning, but with a good deal we can do

It is wonderful to see your smiling face under that great Borsalino! Have a great day my friend!
I walked in the sun and wind thinking about winter light and my mind became more calm, hope it rest until tonight!

Danielle – Fantastico. Spero che la melanchonia sparisce sotto il sole. Bel capello. Me piace il colore. Sembra anche blu un po.
Melanconia è una splendida parola, ma quello di questa notte era un "brutto viaggio"
This Borsalino sit for a long time in the box of possible sale, then I change my mind!

I think I'm well enough to venture out and re-supply today. Streets don't appear to be icy. Going for the warmth on the head with the fur hat.
Fantastic Michael, more Russian than American in this attire (except pants and shoes)!
