Better late than never, it is still today for a little while. A multiple hat extravaganza day. Took my wife down to NW Hats to pick up my new creation from Mike, and she got measured for a hat. Now the decision process begins, at least there is a spark. Mike not only had my Olcott Homburg done, but some refurb work as well. He reblocked, flanged and put in a new sweat on a Royal Deluxe Stetson that my ham handed attempts at stretching made it look like it had a dunce cap taper. He also restored a Christy's Bowler that had a trashed liner and sweat. Now I have two more daily drivers. Got home and had to take a 3 hour nap to recover. Sorry for the delayed post. More in other threads.

...please describe and identify your lovely Homburg. Thx.
Sorry heh I posted this hat like twice already but it was with a suit this time. It's a mid to late 40s Lee blue label. has a blue block by the name.My first Lee as well. Very good looking. oh and the movie I saw was great! Live By Night. I was the only one dressed like the actors in that theater too.

Very productive trip there, Red, my friend. I don't think I've ever seen anyone swing a bowler any hipper than this...Looks very contemporary and casual...And that Stetson looks new....Looks like you scored big on all counts...

Is the little lady getting excited about her new custom skypiece? What type of hat is she getting?

You do 'em up nice. The hat looks great!

Wow!! Talk about wearing a hat with confidence! You look very beautiful, and that hat is fabulous!!
Thank you!!

You must be tired of that red hat by now, but don't worry, you can just send it to me so you don't have to wear it anymore ;)

I'm kidding of course, you look stunning! Nice blouse too, silk?
Nice try ;)
Thank you.
Yes, silk. Can you tell I like flowery things?

Esther, stunning.

Thank you Jeff!

Gorgeous hat , Esther. Such a lovely and talented young woman you are.
Thank you! I appreciate that.

I need to come up with a synonym for "breathtaking". Your hats and photos are broken recordizing my comments.

I'll try this:

Unreal... just beautifully ethereal...

Enjoy.
Awwwww Matt!
*blushing*

Hot da-yum that's nice!
Thx Doug!

Great colour Esther
Thank you.

Ooof.
You're killing me. You know I love that hat. Great blouse BTW!
No dying! ;)
Thank you, it's one of my fav blouses.

Damn! So many great hats today. Wish I had the time to comment on each one but duty (SHE) calls.
