I woke to a balmy 44 degrees today. The big melt began yesterday. So tomorrow, the boy's 5 day weekend will end. 5 days!!!!! [emoji53]

That's what you get when you live in a 497 square mile city that has one or two plows and sanders. Busses can't hit the neighborhoods. (Of course, when I was a kid I used to walk 23 miles to and from school in raging blizzards and uphill both ways.)

Super Dobbs Matt! Love the color and ribbon. Where we live in Oregon is in the same situation when it comes to snow infrastructure, 1" shuts down the state. However Portland (FedOregon) is being hammered with 8" today. Bumper cars!

Wearing the Akubra Stockman with modified dimensional brim, ribbon, and crown, mimicking the Fed IV. It's my "Fed IV Jr." (aka Stockman 2.0). I kept the feather in this one for sentimental reasons, as it was my very first felt.

I like the final result of 2.0! Nice looking hat!
