That is really an interesting hat. And it looks good on you.

Why thank you very much, sir. The hat was a present from my father and it was my first proper fur felt fedora (but not my first hat), so it is special to me.

Often on the Italian market you can buy high quality vintage hats.
It depends on the size, the more present are 56, 57 and 58 cm in which often appear jewels.

Thanks. Their bowlers do look nice. I think I read somewhere these are actually soft bowler instead of the traditional shellac hard ones.

Late to the show today.

What an assortment of AWESOME so far.

Went to go play grown-up under an old Stetson Premier Vita-Felt homburg that has a bit of what appears to be a dye flaw or some post-production injury on the crown. To me, it's not a flaw... it is character.

It's amazing to me the places that they will let me into so long as I'm wearing a nice hat.

Barbisio Titan ice color

Felt is extremely malleable and difficult to keep in shape

The construction of the felt and finish are superb

The proportions are those of hats without a snap brim

It has come here (stock inventory) in a lucky deal a few years ago

Yesterday Guerra 1855 cream color was a great success.
