Hey folks!
As I stood before my hat rack, I asked the question that we all ask ourselves daily...WWHW? (What Would Harv Wear?). Don't deny it, we all do except Harv unless he secretly refers to himself in the third person, in which case he does. But this time, the pressure was on, because today...

I AM HARV!!!

So what would Harv wear? He'd wear a 50's Tonak Seal Velour, of course.

Well, if he had one, that is...:D
Harv a great day!

Sent from thin air using electricity and other wizardry.
Whether you are Harv or not, that is a great Tonak

This thread is such a treasure! I am in awe of everybody's hat collections here, especially @mayserwegener 's and @Daniele Tanto 's. Today I wore my old Hobson black fedora (or rather "classic trilby" as my old English milliner once assured me). It's not the grandest of hats, and the brim could benefit from a bit of steaming, but I've had it for 18 years and have worn it through rain and snow so it's pretty much molded itself perfectly to the shape of my head and doesn't get blown of by the autumn winds.

Ooops, I posted today's hat on the wrong thread, sorry about that!

Ridiculously warm over here for the time of the year, some 18ºC, but still I've worn my (rescued from the drawer) "hat for ship and shore" made a few years ago from a pattern in a 1961 book by Ruby Carnahan (the lady in the picture looks suspiciously like Angela Lansbury, doesn't she?). Some less that stellar stitching, my machine was misbehaving at the time, but still a cute and practical hat.

How about some seafood? I had lunch at "La Medusa" a tapas bar adjoining a fish stall at "El Ninot" food market in Barcelona:

And a short stop by my brother's who took this pic:

I've seen you all looking magnificent today. Bellissimo il cappello di @Daniele Tanto and gorgeous the Dobbs of @mmbarnes finally the before and after pictures of @mayserwegener hat, what a difference a new ribbon makes, and well worth bringing that hat back to pristine condition!

Let's hope the men don't start to feel intimidated ;)
I really enjoy seeing you wear your own creations, if I'm ever in Barcelona again I will have to check out your shop!

Celia, Thanks! I am a big fan of black hats. Your Hobson has a great look and you wear it well!

Thank you! Glad I am not the only one who loves black hats around here. I have noticed you have some beautiful ones yourself and you always look very stylish in them. I can only dream of a collection like yours...
