Sorry about the bad quality of the photo from my cell phone camera. Today I am wearing a tricorn hat that I made. Black 100% Beaver. I will post a few more pictures later that show the cockade and rosette that I put on this. People do not know what to make of me when I wore it to the store to do some last minute grocery shopping for the 4th of July holiday. LOL Lots of stares. One person had the courage to tell me that they liked my hat.

Just following up with some other pictures. Next time I will go with a shorter crown to get more length for the brim and use leather straps to hold the brim attached to the crown.
