g.d, that Dobbs Hanover is stellar! I really like the looks of that one.
Richard, nice Christy's. Wish I could pull off caps like you, my friend.
Brother cavefish, I like the cap in denim. Goes great with the flannel.
David, another winner! I like the ribbon contrast on that one.

Nice start to the day Gents, for the hats, that is, but not the weather here. I never did get to see Mars shining a little brighter than usual last night, nor did I get to see the Lunar eclipse, because it was was raining and overcast here! But I do get to see snow on the ground this April morning! I mowed my lawn on Sunday afternoon when the weather here was approaching 80 degrees F!...and now, Tuesday morning, Snow! Oh well, typical Ohio weather for this time of year. It's not unusual here in early Spring to have sunny warm temps one day, and then cold and snowing the next day.

Richard, Love the cap and scenery! Very nice!
Brother cavefish, very Russel Croweish / Cinderella Man looking! The cap looks good on you.
David, nice one buddy! I'd love to have a vintage Strat! I like that one!
Harv, hey buddy, I can't see your attatchment, but I'm sure the hat looks good though!...okay, it just popped up! Nice Mallory 15!

Second day of membership, second post: my "rain hat," a Dobbs stingy brim fedora, gray tweed with narrow hat band. Rather floppy, semi-crushed. Picked up for a buck at a second-hand clothing charity store. Had it for the past 20 years or so.

No worries. Mars will remain very bright (about 10 times brighter than Virgo's brightest star Spica nearby) for the rest of the month. And this lunar eclipse was the first in a tetrad of eclipses over the next 24 months, all of which will be visible from the U.S.

Very nice thin ribbons, David and Harv... special mention to Andy for adding a great smile in the face of adversity.

Snow on the ground and still falling in big fat flakes as I left for work this morning. Finally a perfect day for the Churchill Alpine-inspired, velour hat I picked up just as it started to warm up last month.

Excellent...all is not lost. I love Stargazing. Especially on nights without the moon in the sky and I'm away from the pollution of city lights.

Andy, I like ORs from the '50s and '40s. That's a nice one you have too. The later vintage ORs I don't have much use for, anything after the '50s.
casechopper, the CRM Sand looks great!
Slacker Drummer, I kinda like those Alpine hats. I was watching a 1939 John Garfield movie in which several of those hats were worn.

Awesome hats so far today! I got the vintage OR memo as well so I am wearing my gray 1950s Royal DeLuxe Open Road. The dents are a bit off but I haven't had time to get them back in line.

I did not see the Lunar eclipse too. I was sleeping and when I woke up weather to West was foggy.

For today this white 6x beaver Resistol.

Beautiful Dobbs, Perry!

Where is Joao? Is it a hat eclipse?

I needed a day brightener today.
