Rocking those lids today guys!
Here's a couple of myself and camping partner in VS silverbelly channeling our inner gangster with celebratory cigar. As you can see by my companions fashionable attire and the abundance of mud we were rained on nearly the entire time, but we had a blast.

Thanks, hr, and all for yesterday's comments too.
I haven't seen a flake yet, Charlie! But a chance was in the forecast.

Looks like good messy fun there, Bond.

I like the Dark Moss Baron Hats, Jeff. Don't see too many of their hats around here.

You reminded me that I'd not worn my Dark Moss for a while so I did today

David - that is one very nice hat by Art. I've never seen anything like it.

I didn't realize how cool it got last night - a bit cold for the shorts I'm wearing today. May need to rethink the clothing.

Wearing my dark brown Alessandria.

Nice to see a JohnnyPhi score, Perry... and thanks for the Buckeye offer. Turns out all the nuts were in Chicago for the weekend. One of these trips we will get together and crack open a cold one.

Thank you John. The second picture was at the Columbus Motor Speedway where our daughter was taking part in a dance performance piece. Quite a contrast from The Horseshoe at OSU.

The next day we spent some time at the Wexner Center. A young staff member thought I was Bruce Willis. I wore that smile around for a while. :)

Good morning Gents! Great start to the morning guys! All you guys look great!

alan, First of all, welcome to Buckeye country. I know both of those places very well! I've been to the "Horse Shoe" a few times and yes, it's quite a contrast going from "The Shoe" to the "Columbus Motor Speedway". My wife and I had our first date at "Columbus Motor Speedway" back in 1971....not the best part of town there either and it hasn't changed much since. Next time you're in town you may want to go through German Village and eat at some of the restaurants there. Good stuff! My old neighborhood! Great looking cap btw! Love it!

bond, Great looking VS!

Orangegrad, Love the Alessandria! It's pretty chilly here in Central Ohio too!

hatophile, the Clarendon looks great my friend! Love the color!

bowlerman, now that's what i call a Bowler! Nice!

Casechopper, love the ribbon and color on the Portis porkpie!

For me on this breezy and chilly morning from Central Ohio I'm wearing the "Black Beast", my Akubra Squatter. I think lowering the crown to 4 1/2 inches at the pinch and putting a C-Crown crease in it helped some. I'm going to send this out soon to have the ribbon changed. Still debating on the color of ribbon though. I'm also going to have the brim cut down to 2 3/4 inches and then give it more of an upturned fedora curl...
