Nice 54'F start to the morning. A Pendleton Board Shirt and a 50's Stetson Playboy were the perrrfect combination.

Superb start, gents (and especially after a night of entertaining, Eric)!
In hopes of fair weather, the Borsa Milan starts the day...

This hat had the awful marks of where adhesive (from double-sided tape used to affix) bled through the ribbon on all four sides. In a moment of daring, I tried acetone on a white paper towel, and voila! PEFECT. Lucky, I think, as anything could have happened...

Good morning Gents. Everybody's looking great! Lovin' the collection this morning!

For me this warm and rainy Saturday morning in Central Ohio I'm wearing my 3X Open Road. This is one of my hats that I'm going to have resized...I need to size this up from a 7 to a 7 1/8 LO. Which leads me to a question. Will I lose any brim width off this hat if I have it sized up? The brim is 2 3/4 inches...

B.J. Hedberg, I love what you did with the Beaver Brand Western. Awesome work! Do you do that kind of work for other people as well or just on your own hats? I have a couple hats that I'd like to get re-sized.

Lefty, I love the caps! Looks great on you

Orangegrad, As always, the Fed IV looks awesome my friend!

SBG, I'm really liking the Stetson Playboy.

hatsRme, The Borsa straw looks great!

RLK, Lovin' the Dobbs!

RBH, Lovin' the Campdraft! Excellent hat!

Acetone is a good choice though the fast evaporation rate can make it difficult to dissolve and remove residue. Glad it worked for you. Nice block on that milan!

Thanks for the comments on the Playboy fellows.

I had some errands to take care of this morning. (Read - dreaded shopping tasks.) I dressed with a wool jacket as it has only just reached the 70'F mark. The VS Executive (in Bluesmoke colored felt) rode on my head. Changing to shorts in a bit.

Alright spending my birthday working on what seems to be endless preparation for the new school year. Start back Monday so I have been working all morning. To make it a little more bearable I threw on my Cane Custom and will be meeting with my parents tonight for a great dinner!

Andy--I enjoy seeing your Akubras. I may have to try one in the Heritage Fawn one of these days. It looks like a color that will work with just about anything you wear.

Eric--a nice double on the day. Really like the Playboy, and Art's updated take on the Executive, too.

hatsRme--very well done, sir!

Robert--I would call that a triple rainbow--hat, glasses, and shirt.

Rusty and TJones--a couple of nice looking thin-ribbons there.

teach--the CC--a good choice for some indoor hat wearing. And happy birthday, too.

VS Dove for me this morning.

Thanks T Jones, Jeff (I like the homburg and that Champ looks great)

Thanks GTDean: I'm not emotionally attached to this hat. For the right price i'd sell it. for now though the right price would be pretty high...

David: Nice to see a photo of the tablelands. It looks good with the pug.

Always nice to see your photos lefty.

I wish we had your weather Eric. Nice playboy.

Looks like fun Historyteach. Happy birthday!

For today back to the tried and true Carmack Whiskey. The western 100% beaver is a very durable choice for rainy weather.
