Frank, that is a nice stingy, but you could definitely pull of a wider brim like Javier's.
I agree he looks very smooth in that one!
Eric, you have some beautiful sweaters to go with your great hats!
Everyone looking good this weekend, Steve, kudos to that Huckel too.

Manfred that's a really fantastic understated look for you! Nice going.

Jared, man can you wear that gay prince!

Fashion Frank, you've been finding some incredible steals lately, and this stingy is no exception. My nose is too big to pull off a stingy like that.

Eric, thanks for the note and what a great granite! Chipping ice already!? yikes! I'm glad you see it as "opportunity."

Javier, that's killer, man. Wow-- just missed the 2nd post-- great hat-- enjoy the game!

lauro13, excellent choice. I admire your being able to wear those brims up like nobody's business.

There's still a little Californian in me, as I had to don my Cabela's subzero jacket last night to watch my daughter in our local "parade of lights" in 25 degree weather... The hat was my "Fine Fur Hats" black beaver, made by our own Dennis Brooks, who I don't believe has posted in awhile.

And today, after some slight modification, my Dobbs Golden Coach "Tarantula" in a navy velour. I'm starting to enjoy these 3 inch brims that have a bit of a western flange all around.

Dubya - Great combination! I like the bow-tie, and the Akubra really stands out.

David - Nice VS for BF!

Eric - The perfect hats for snow! Art has a very fine finish on those dove felts.

Jeff - Your Resistol is similar to a brown Stetson that I have. I just can't get a good crease. Probably won't keep it, however. Your blue Dobbs is quite impressive. I like the wide crown and flat brim. :thumb:

Robert - Also a nice choice for Black Friday. The felt looks soft and warm.

Mayser - Nice work on the Derby!! Looks great!!

Jared - The GP looks terrific on you. I've been eyeing a GP-style hat from another member. Same color.

Frank - Your blue stingy is sharp! When you get few moments toss it in to the "My Blue Heaven" thread...

JAVIER - Killer Lamson Hubbard!!! :thumb: Congrats on that one! Your Borso is very nice, too. Fitting for the video game. :)

Manfred - "Look & Co."? Is that a Chinese knock off of the famed Lock & Co.? :D Nice hat, dude!!

lauro - Nice purchase. Everyone deserves a Strat. I'm still waiting to find one I can afford! Your hats and scarves go really well together! :yo:

Hatophile - Great OR!! Your felts always look so well cared for. Very plush and luxurious!!

Javier, please let me know how L.A. Noire is! I need to add some more games, as I don't have a lot.

Very nice hats today fellas!

This is what I wore on Thanksgiving: 1930s Stetson Special

(My Grandma & Grandpa, both born in the 30's, kept saying how nice my hat is, and my Grandmother even mentioned how her daddy used to wear hats like these. Heck, I even was able to hold my Great-Great Grandfather's Dobbs that my Grandpa says are from the 20's. I am trying to get them from my uncle now, LOL!)

L.A. Noire is an awesome game! I bought it, played it about everyday, beat it about 3 weeks later and started it again. It is very addicting.

Everyones is looking great today! Chepstow & bowlerman, thank you for the kind words from a few days ago!

Randall, Manfred, et al, Thanks for the compliments on the Dobbs Gay Prince, gents. It's one of my favorite hats. I lucked out on this one. There was one in size 7 that went for over $100 a few days before this one popped up on eBay, it's a generous 6 7/8 that with some home stretching on a hat jack fits me great.

Unfortunately Randall, I don't have a lead on a 7 1/2, but if anyone is a 7 or 7 1/8 I noticed that there's three Stetson Gay Prince clones on ebay right now.
