What Hat Are You Wearing Today 1?

I always check here first in the mornings because I like to look at hats more than I want to talk about them. Great ones so far.
Everyone please take a picture and put it here. More hats please.
Today I'm wearing my humble Akubra Federation IV in Moonstone. I'm not mad. I guess I was just concentrating hard.

Whooped this morning. Long weekend of coaching at gymnastics meets. I am completing outside chores in the 43'F wind in my fleece and brown Stetson Stratoliner. The evenings of upper 30's F have touched all of the remaining blossoms with a chocolate brown covering. It goes well with the fedora.

Pumpkins still need to be brought up onto the boat house porch. They need covering at night so they all should be picked this morning. You can see that I wear my hats, vintage and new. In the pic the hat shows some rain drops, down from seeds in the air and leaf grim. These vintage hats style and wear well. Wear them in health and with confidence fellows.

+1 on all counts. And I wouldn't discount the Moonstone Fed IV, it's still my go-to hat... It can be worn while well-dressed or in casual attire, and it can definitely take a beating...

To conjugate the verb true Southern style, it is "whip, whap, whup"
Whoop is raising a ruckus as in "whooping & hollering".
Whup is a beating as in "opened a can of whup-a$$ & that boy got whupped!"
I see it misspelled on t-shirts & such as well.....

Today was a change of pace. I don't put this one one as often as it's kinda beat up (got plans to get it fixed up) and the color isn't the greatest. I'm glad the paint held up fine under the rain.
