Is that a semi-clear photo? Man, when I'm not searching for bigfoot in your photos, you look pretty good. :eusa_clap ;)

I am not a fan of quoting photos, but this is one of my favorite hats ever. :eusa_clap

Thanks Lefty and Billyspew.
Lefty, I have looked high and low for an other one like it but to no avail. I am not certain at all but I believe it is from the Thirties. It has a very short nap velour, high crown and the brim just over 2" and no liner, just the old style logo printed at the crowns top. It will take any crease at will. If I only had a few more I could die happy.

I have several hats that if I had multiple colors of I could be content with only that model.

That is certainly a great hat. I've said this before, but all those great photos you have posted in that style of hat have had a huge influence on my hat preferences.

Having said that, here's something completely different: an early Stetsonian with a bound-brim. Bottom pic shows the hat alongside a 1920 Stetson brochure featuring the Stetsonian:

Scott, I believe that is the BEST photo of a hat you have ever posted. That one breathes class and style from a time period when hats abounded. I love its look and your creasework on it is great. (Fawning-I plead guilty; repentant- not in the least)! :eusa_clap

Scott, That Stetsonian is fantastic. As Mr. Paladin pointed out it is a perfect hat for you.

Thanks Mr. P, Douglas. That bash is exactly how it arrived, and also almost exactly like the 1920 Stetson brochure pic, so no way I'm messing with it! These 'Homdoras' are really growing on me.
