Waiting on a late 1920s Echter Borsalino.
Over the years I've learned these carriers have all sorts of routing practices that appear to be illogical to anyone who doesn't work for them, but to someone somewhere within the company they make perfect sense for one reason or another. I've tracked packages that left the shipper's location, made their way to a routing facility within 15 miles of my house, then for some inexplicable reason went to Denver, or somewhere in Texas, or somewhere in Florida, then back to southern California. [huh]And now the frustration begins...
Just checked on the shipping status of my hat. Purchased on 5/17. Finally shipped from Alberta on 5/19. Now I see that it arrived in Richmond, BC late yesterday. WHY IS IT GOING WEST??? I'm in Atlanta!
looks like a great hat. Very curious to how it looks in the flesh.Oh no, here we go again. Based on Mr. Tanto's advice
