Just about ready to ship. Plainview hat - Buckeroo Hatters. It’s pre-distressed - but then again, so am I.
I’m hoping that I can do this thing justice.

Just came in today. I ain't no Daniel Day Lewis, but I'm satisfied. 100% beaver - whiskey - changes color with the light.

Off to a black hole...
So after inexplicably sitting in a distribution warehouse in my state for nine days (after taking only two days to go 1000+ miles from the origin) the tracker this morning said it left the warehouse and would be be delivered today. Well, I watched the FedEx truck speed past my house.

FedEx be like, "Just messing with you":

That's right, instead it's been shipped to a different distribution warehouse in a different state! Nothing like flinging the poo over the fence and making it someone else's problem. I have my doubts it shows up tomorrow. Based on the reviews this warehouse is even more incompetent than the previous one.

At this rate I'm hoping it shows up before Christmas, if it shows up at all. :(

I tracked a western boot purchase to a FedEx depot and the boots then disappeared. I drove to the depot, asked to speak to the manager, showed him the delivery notice and asked him to look around. His extreme indifference prompted me to ask if he could give me the names of the drivers that wore a 10EE shoe size........he asked that I leave the establishment.

That was pretty much the response I got from the "manager" (or whatever her official title was) several years ago when the USPS lost four packages sent to me within a six month period. She really couldn't have cared less, then told me I had no recourse because neither I nor the shipper paid extra for "insurance". At that point I countered with, "So, what you're telling me is that the U.S. Postal Service doesn't hold their employees accountable for actually doing their jobs?" and, as you experienced, she asked me to leave then turned and walked away. I had been warned before I spoke to her that she was not going to help, but...wow.

Hate it when that happens. Hope it arrives sometime soon, Jonathan.
