We are holding the first ever Pacific North West Fedora Lounge get together in Seattle because we had so many members there. Right now there are only two Seattle members that have RSVP. The rest of us are coming from out of town.

Perhaps they are so hooked on coffee that they can only function in the morning...so an evening event would wear them out.

With the classes and other events a group I'm on the board of holds, it seems like Seattle's a very "last-minute town." We get calls on Friday afternoon & evening seeing if there are openings in a Saturday class, or we have eight pre-registered and another 30 show up at the door and get a little miffed when there are only handouts for maybe 8-10 above those pre-registered.

And when we post the pix of all the fun to be had Saturday and Sunday, we'll probably hear from some wondering when the NEXT one is going to be...
