What do you wear under your jacket?

Looking for a few ideas of what Loungers like to wear underneath their jackets. I am stuck on black tees in the summer and black long-sleeved crewneck Uniqlo shirts in fall/winter, perhaps with a thin black or charcoal solid color sweater. If it is very cold I will try to fit a hoodie underneath. I like to wear the same outfit all the time (think Steve Jobs), but looking for ideas.

Mostly ugly shirts and T-shirts that I try to hide under a nice(r) sweater. I love sweaters.
Ideally, I would only wear either a Hawaiian shirt or a regular denim shirt a leather jacket, with a nice sweater thrown over it on a cold day. Hoodies I don't like at all.

I have a lot of made2measure button down shirts and a lot of functional shirts from Odlo. Some thick pullovers in winter an I like vests.

if you have some space under your jacket, fjällräven sörmland crew sweaters look great under a well worn in jacket.
if you prefer a snug fit, try cashmere pullovers, they'll keep you warm look slim.
denim shirts are also always a good choice if they fit to your jacket collar. I like cafe racer jackets but their collars don't work well shirt collars imo.
for summer I'm stuck on black or white tees like you

I like it long sleeved under most jackets, no matter if Carhartts, Barbour, Pea Coat or Aero.

Long sleeved Polos or T-Shirts, thin all season (Jobs-) Jumpers up to heavy sweaters.

Being used to wear my leather jackets around the year since I was a 16yo kid I choose also my HWM not to come skin tight, leaving enough space for layering even a thick sweater if necessary.

Mostly T-shirts. Whites, blacks, reds, Harley, etc. Under my handful of layering jackets, normally an Eastman Mechanic’s Sweater or denim vest. I do own a heated vest for when I used to live in cold-weather cities. Can’t recommend it enough to stay warm without going nuts on the layers.

Excellent, thanks. I sent Rymhart an email inquiring about sizing - I am 174 cm and 67 kgs, so it will be either M or S for me. I am guessing you chose one without a cotton lining - did you consider one with a lining?

You’re right, mine is without lining.

PS: Since i (hopefully) won’t have to work in ship yards during winter anymore I didn’t consider a lined version.
