I must admit that the French is from my handy-dandy translating wizard, though. My second language was Spanish, and even it is a tad rusty.

And you are right about the shoes. In my own defense, I'm a California girl, and moved to Colorado without the proper equipment. I've since rectified the situation and invested in a smart pair of lined ankle boots.

Perhaps this a better choice for those shoes...
