I heard a lot of folks globally were celebrating somebody called St Patty on our Paddy's day. When I hear of Patty this time of year, I always wonder who she was.

Great cap, I love that shade of green. I like the design too - the extended bill look great for keeping the sun out of your eyes, which I always find a cap like that with a bit of body great for keeping it off my ear-tops. Always good to keep the sun off the face - I wore a Glengarry with my kilt on a hot day at Goodwood Revival in 2019, ended up with a b right red face and a very pronounced tan like all the way round my head!

Heh - glad you too kit in the spirit it was meant!

I recalled, BTW, that I've seen this style of cap (eight panel and otherwise) with the extended brim often sold in England as a "Bond cap". Not sure what the etymology of that is, though.
