Neander; I like the cap. You look sharp under the brim.

Travleing in the warm mushy late winter weather. Monsavais cap and fedora are my traveling companions.

New cap day and channeling my inner "Quiet Man."

This Cordova Cap takes inspiration from the cap of the movie "Quiet Man." Love the darker fabric of the Quiet Man inspired fabric.

This cap Jonathan Cordova worked the back of the cap to be the length that I enjoy. I tug the cap down to a boney protrusion on the back of my skull. I enjoy the angle of the cap sides as they rake up to the brim. The fullness of the cap emulates the cap I have seen many times in the movie that my wife and I enjoy.

To my eye this hued fabric works better with my attire and neighborhood. The eye gives the fabric weight. In hand the fabric is gloriousely lighter.

I have held off from asking for this cap to be made as I thought it may be cliche. Hardly! I sould have jumped on the Quiet Cap bandwagon earlier.

As I have come to expect the workmanship is TOP notch. The interior is an example of the detail and quality build. Proud to be a client and to be able to wear my "Quiet Man" inspired cap.

I have the same cap Eric...and I am even wearing it today. Glad I got mine while still available. One of my favorite caps!

Enjoy!

Hi All...

last fall I bought a lovely Patchwork tweed cap from Hanna Hats. I really enjoyed wearing it during the fall, during warmer days in winter and this spring. I was wondering how their linen caps would be during the warmer summer months, or how a linen cap in general would be during the summer months. I wouldn't think i'd want to wear it in 30C + weather especially with a humidex of 38+ but I was wondering if anyone had any experience wearing a lined cap in warmer weather and what you all thought the upper temperature you'd be comfortable in with the hat.

Here's a picture of me riding the bus a few weeks ago with my cap :)

Great cap.

I wear caps during the Minnesota, USA summer. Linen and cotton caps are the coolest of the head coverings. Un-lined caps rock!

The above are some warm weather caps that get worn at my house. Visit this thread or the bespoke cap makers as they have quite the options. Happy looking.
