Here's how I'm aging. This is my 7 month-old, Cosimo, & I at Easter brunch.

The picture in my avatar is me & my oldest son at Easter brunch, 2000...wearing the same 1950 gray gabardine suit & palm tree tie.

Brother, except for a tad more (slicker) hair, you look about the same...

Happy Easter, folks! This is one of the light weight suits I had made in Afghanistan last year - the tailor couldn't quite the the breast patch pocket angled right. 1940's tie, Allen-Edmonds Broadstreet shoes, and a very old boater made of some type of reeds - had to coat it with several layers of polyurethane varnish to keep it from deteriorating!

Looks great, Mountain Man! By the way, what were you doing in Afghan? Contractor?

I found this shot in my archives recently. It's at least twelve years ago. I still have the hat, shirt and palm tree necktie, but I have no idea what ever happened to those beat-up saddles.....[huh]
