Since we don't have a "Show Us Your Clothes" thread, I guess I'll post these finds here: The other day I found four 1960s sport coats made by Gentree and Enson. I also found a late 60s or 70s ascot. You see me wearing the ascot with a 1970s Woolrich jacket that I got last January. I also got a pre-1915 Brooks Brothers morning coat a few months ago but I never took a picture of it until today.

1960s Gentree brown sport coat. I found a matchbook in its pocket, and a business card in another one. The matchbook is probably 70s and the business card is probably anywhere from the 60s to the 80s.

1960s Gentree dark gray? sport coat.

1960s Gentree olive/gray sport coat. "Folkweave" by H. Freeman & Son.

1960s Enson blue and green gray plaid sport coat. It seems to be a Summer weight jacket. I'm guessing it's probably linen or linen and Dacron.

Pre 1915 Brooks Brothers morning coat.

1970s Woolrich jacket and late 60s-70s ascot.

I like to think of Retro Spectator as a kind of action figure, where you would snap him in the same pose with the same accessories for each picture!

Thanks again Harv. I think these last two days have been have worked pretty well, both in the form and the function categories. I am so happy to be able to put on something besides shorts and an island shirt for a change. I imagine in a couple of months I'll be crying for summer, but this is my favorite time of year for clothes.

Not sure what to wear today I am going to an antiques fair in a historic downtown area but they just changed the the forecast from a high of 96 to 50's in the morning reaching 64 around noon and a jump to 73 around three. The high was 90 yesterday. wish miss Mother Nature would sort her priorities.
