I wore this going to the movie theater and out to lunch, in rain. It was pouring, and even still it's raining harder back at my place.

The vintage Stetson hat, a St. Regis converted to be a fedora, took the rain very well, and is a lot more dry looking in appearance now, aftering having been drenched entirely. It almost flew off my head twice though in the strong gusts of wind.

I sure do Ms. Tuppence. All it takes is a little determination and some manual dexterity and you can create masterpieces.

What I'm wearing today:
White cotton shirt I made from a 50's sport shirt pattern, '51 army fatigue pants.

Hey djgo,

You've managed to pair a nice fedora with a leather jacket and NOT look like Indiana Jones. One of the first times I've seen a photo and didn't go there. Nice work and a great look.

So I didn't actually wear either of these today, but I just acquired these two sports coats from my Grandpa. He said they were from the 70s.

Went for a tour today of the Dalhousie Arts Centre, a 1967-1971 theater complex designed by Junji Mikawa / Andy Lynch / Fowler Bauld and Mitchell. It's metabolist meets brutalist, with very nice details, like this modernist stairwell in the middle of the atrium.

Dacks longwings- mine are the older Canadian made ones, they later were made by Church's, to give an idea of quality.

Please excuse the somewhat "yellowish" lighting, a typical hotel room, I'm afraid!
