The Columbia University radio station WKCR, is running its annual Louis Armstrong Birthday Marathon. Actually, it's one of two marathons, since they also do it on the Fourth of July, the day that Armstrong always THOUGHT was his birthday. Hey, Satchmo deserves two birthdays if anyone does.
Anyhow, you can catch it on www.wkcr.org right now, via internet streaming. If you have a hard time listening to Phil Schaap (and even if you love him, he can be a BIT MUCH) he'll be done in a little while.
