TV Movie by Pulp--I love the lyrics

Without you my life has become a hangover without end.
A movie made for TV: bad dialogue, bad acting, no interest.
Too long with no story & no sex.

Is it a kind of weakness to miss someone so much?
To wish the day would go away?
Like you did yesterday.
Just like you did yesterday.

Nothing But Flowers by Talking Heads

The Book of Love by Magnetic Fields; I love the words--

The book of love is long and boring
No one can lift the damn thing
It's full of charts and facts and figures and instructions for dancing but I
I love it when you read to me and you
you can read me anything

The book of love has music in it
In fact that's where music comes from
Some of it is just transcendental
Some of it is just really dumb but I
I love it when you sing to me and you
you can sing me anything

The book of love is long and boring and written very long ago
It's full of flowers and heart-shaped boxes and things we're all too young to know but I
I love it when you give me things and you
you ought to give me wedding rings

The Motion Picture score the The Fountain.

The Cure - Disintegration. (need a heart smilie!)
Fantastic album, loved it since it came out. Saw them live many years ago and it's still one of the best concerts I've been to.

That was definitely a good and impressed crikey :)

lol lol lol
i take it you're familiar with this kind of chant?
Bishop Basil (Essey) and Antiochian clergymen, singing selected hymns from Great Lent and Holy Week...singing in English though. Some folks don't like Antiochian or Greek Byzantine (or even Russian/Carpatho-Russian/Romanian...anything ethnic sounding for that matter) chant in English...but i like to know what they're saying. [huh]

You're so lucky--really wish I'd have been able to see them, one of my favorites.

Hi Smithy - The Cure toured this year and I was lucky enough to see them! It had always been one of my dreams to see my favourite band live and it was seriously one of the best concerts I've been to :)

Bet you enjoyed that Miss Wednesday. I'm actually a Kiwi and several friends went to the recent Auckland show and I received a lot of SMSs and emails raving about. I still remember at the one I went to they played a 15 minute version of A Forest as the last song, I was in heaven! I believe it's still one of the longest versions they have ever played live.
