About a year ago I acquired a Shudde Bros hat. The dimensions mimic an OR or similar Royal Stetsons. Very light weight and a very smooth felt. The hat came to me open crown and, while it will take any dry crease by hand, I could not decide on its "forever" crease. The recent western postings inspired me to take a second look. With a little inspiration from hats of Perry @hatophile Terry @T Jones Randall @Randall Renshaw and others, I turned on the steam and put in a Carlsbad crease. I tugged the front and rear of the brim pretty good to give it a bit more of a cowboy flair. Brent @deadlyhandsome has been sporting westerns for several weeks, so he should like this too.

I think you've found that hat's forever crease, Randy. Looks real smooth, my friend.

Very nice, Randy! I wondered if you were going to crease it or leave it open. Don’t you wish they still made felt like that?

Thanks all. Yes, Brent, I would not mind having a few more like this one.
