This is a tan Resistol Stagecoach that I converted a little while back. For this hat I used an M1899-1902 Campaign for inspiration. It's still a work in progress...

I wear a 7 1/2 hat. Sweat (head size and hat placement) is on my forehead just like any other western felt hat. I am not into it sitting on the top of my head non-sense. I have two of RJ sombreros. Not the way RJ likes them fit. But they can be stretched easy enough if the hat band is big enough to allow it. I just ask for the hat band not to be sewn up. I sew that myself once the sombrero is fit the way I want it.
