Neither. It's a teardrop. The block I used is so vertical that a triangle, diamond, or even a C-crown, would make the crown look like a tall square box sitting on top of your head.

The pole light overhead creates the rainwater shadows. When you see it in realtime the shadows move like worms but in a straight line.

I feel very fortunate to make old west holsters in this environment .

Your pic reminds me that I tried to learn flintknapping arrowheads for a while & went to a few "Knap Ins". When knapping you need a pad on your leg. Most guys use a piece of thick leather as a pad, some use a piece of carpet. I had an old pair of chinks I wore.

After a night of freezing rain & sleet the truck windshield had a thick covering this morning. The thermometer showed 21* but once I started to move & it could reset it was 18*. My hat is a Ritch Rand Tom Mix.
