First big winter storm of the season coming in. Thunder & lightening this morning before daylight, @ 37*.

Thought about posting these in the Art thread. I like the texture from the rain running down the windshield.

Some of you might enjoy this 6 min video.

Great hat AND pics. You definitely should post them there. Along with several of your others. You have a good eye for staging photos.

If you hadn't explained the rain effect, I would have thought these were put though some filter. Great photos! I also enjoyed the video -- thanks for sharing that Jack.

Great hat, shirt and leather work Ed! I envy you guys with skills.

All I can do is post old pictures...

Hopalong Cassidy (William Boyd). Seems like a good time for @AbbaDatDeHat to post up his Hoppy hat!

The pole light overhead creates the rainwater shadows. When you see it in realtime the shadows move like worms but in a straight line.

I feel very fortunate to make old west holsters in this environment .
Your pic reminds me that I tried to learn flintknapping arrowheads for a while & went to a few "Knap Ins". When knapping you need a pad on your leg. Most guys use a piece of thick leather as a pad, some use a piece of carpet. I had an old pair of chinks I wore.
